BOOKING 
What is included in the cost of the rooms ? 
Except for our special “Economy” and “Room Only” prices, the cost of the room includes a buffet breakfast, an LCD satellite TV, Sky Vision Gold, an electronic combination safe, heating and air conditioning, a minibar, WI-FI in your room and throughout the building, use of the swimming pool and the private beach with sunbeds and beach umbrella, bicycle rental, reserved parking and VAT (not including tourist tax). 

Can you book online? 
Of course! Booking online via our website is fast and easy: just enter your dates in the booking window in the top left-hand corner and click “Book” to get availability and prices in real time. We also guarantee you the best price on the Web: if you find anything better under the same terms and conditions, we will offer you a 10% discount!

Can you pay by credit card? 
Yes, we accept all major credit cards (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa).

Is it safe to pay by credit card? 
Your booking is completely safe, as all personal data is crytopgraphed and protected. 
Your credit card information (number and expiry date) are required as a guarantee: the hotel reserves the right to check that the card is valid before arrival and ask for authorisation of an amount equal to that charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. 
Bookings will not be confirmed or guaranteed if received with credit card codes that are wrong, missing or invalid.

How do I know that my booking has been confirmed? 
After making your booking , you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your stay.

What happens if I cancel my booking ? 

CANCELLATION POLICY RESERVATION FOR APRIL, MAY, JUNE, SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER 

Bookings made through the site direct www.victoriaprestige.com, using no special offer, can be cancelled and / or changed without penalty up to 3 days before the date of arrival. For late cancellations or no show will be charged the first night. Late arrivals or early departures will be charged the entire reserved period. This amount will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee. 

CANCELLATION POLICY RESERVATION FOR JULY AND AUGUST

You can easily amend or cancel your reservation without penalty 7 day before arrival. In case of late cancellations or no show, we will charge the 30% of the total amount of the reservation.  

What happens if I leave early or I arrive late? 
In case of late arrivals or early departures, the Hotel will charge the entire booked period.

ROOMS 
What time can I arrive at the hotel? What time can I leave the room on the day of departure? 
The room is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. 
For any special needs, please contact our staff in advance. They will be happy to help and offer their services or a late check out if available.

What happens if I arrive late? 
Our staff is on hand to welcome you 24 hours a day. For all bookings guaranteed, the room will be available until 8 am on the day after the arrival date.

What is the maximum number of people that can stay in a room? 
Some types of rooms can sleep up to 4 adults. Enter your dates in the booking window and choose the solution that suits you best.

How much does a third bed cost? 
For third and fourth beds there is a discount of 10 - 50% depending on the type of room chosen and the age of the guest.

Can I book a double room for single use? 
Yes, if there are rooms available. The cost varies according to the type of room present.

Are there cots for babies? Is there an extra charge? 
Cots are available on request. There is a charge of 22 euro per night.

Are there rooms for the differently-abled? 
Yes, on the first floor there are rooms that are completely accessible for the differently-abled, and we guarantee complete access to the hotel and all its services.

Do you have rooms for smokers? 
No, all our rooms are for non smokers. However we have large terraces with tables and chairs where smoking is allowed.

BREAKFAST AND RESTAURANT 
Is breakfast included in the price? 
Except for our “Economy” and “Room Only” prices, a buffet breakfast is included in the cost of the room.

What time is breakfast served? 
Breakfast is usually served from 7.30 am to 10 am each morning and can be enjoyed on the splendid Margarita seafront terrace.

What time is lunch served? 
Lunch is served from 12.30 - 1.45 pm on the Margarita seafront terrace. Our Chef offers dishes for celiacs and vegetarians on request.

What time is dinner served? 
Dinner is served in the elegant Filò Restaurant , with an à la carte menu of the best Italian cuisine. The Filò Restaurant is open for dinner from 7 pm – 9 pm. On request you can also reserve a table for dinner on the splendid Margarita seafront terrace. Our Chef offers dishes for celiacs and vegetarians on request.

SERVICES 
Do you have private parking? How much does it cost?

A large outdoor car park is available exclusively for guests, next to the hotel and is completely free (except for “Economy” or “Room Only” bookings) . The car park has an electronic access card and 24 h video surveillance.

How much does a sunbed and beach umbrella cost?

For every room booked we offer you a beach umbrella and two sunbeds free for the duration of your stay on the private beach in front of the hotel.

How much is a sunbed at the swimming pool ?

Sunbeds at the swimming pool are exclusively for the use of hotel guests. You can also reserve sunbeds at the pool on request. There is a charge of 6 euro per bed per day.

Do you rent bicycles ?

Guest can rent our bicycles free of charge the first 2 hours for pleasant excursions in Jesolo and the surrounding areas (except for special price “Economy” or “Room Only” bookings). Discover over 150 km of Jesolo Ambient Bike cycle track! There are also bikes for children with bike seats and helmets.

Is there an Internet connection? How much does it cost? 
Yes, except for “Economy” and “Room Only” booking, every room throughout the hotel has free, unlimited WI-FI. There is also an Internet point at reception with a computer available free, upon request. The reception also offers business services, sending and receiving faxes and e-mails.

Are there discounts or special prices for guests?

We have a lot of discounts and special prices strictly reserved for guests. For detailed information please contact reception staff.

Do you offer room service? At what time? 
Room service is available from 8 am – 11 pm. Room service for breakfast , lunch or dinner is dependent on restaurant opening hours. There is a 5 euro charge for each room service call.

Are pets accepted? 
We tend not to accept pets. However, on request and only during certain periods of the season, the Management reserves the right to accept small pets (in rooms only) at a cost 0f 10 euro per day.

How far is the hotel from Venice ? 
Hotel Victoria is just 50 m from the bus stop that leads to the Punta Sabbioni pier. From here, a motor boat takes you across the calm and enchanting lagoon every half hour to Venice , where you alight right in St. Mark’s Square! You can buy bus and boat tickets in the Hotel and find all the information you need on Venice, the islands of the lagoon and all other possible excursions.
